Apogee Interactive works with clients to provide the learning environment that best serves their needs whether it be on energy or non-energy related topics. We can provide stand-up training, business simulations, elearning courseware or a blended approach.

eLearning
We have gained much success in researching and creating content or taking a client's present training content and developing eLearning courseware. One example of this development process reduced a three day stand-up training project to six hours of elearning. A reduction of 75% of the trainees' time. It was created in a modular fashion so that individuals could take it at any time, anywhere, in short bursts of dedicated learning time.

We work closely with our clients and with any SME's that they wish to provide. Our extensive background in the energy industry allows us to shorten time to develop, to know the industry semantics, and to maintain a focus on just what is needed in today's energy environment.

eLearning Course Features
    Measurement
    All courses contain a pre-test that will establish a baseline by which you can measure competency in any of our given subjects. The pre-test and post-test or "final" can only be taken once.

    Media-rich
    A creative mix of content, motion graphics, streaming media, and interactivity even with low bandwidth environments is provided by our graphic artists and media team to offer the learner an exciting and interesting experience. When courseware is custom developed for a client from their stand-up training courses, we work closely with their IT departments to deliver a product that contains media for which they have the technology delivery methods available and stays within their bandwidth guidelines.

    Instructional Design
    Courses have been designed to include behavioral objectives that target the very heart of what needs to be learned and includes a glossary of terms specific to the content and the industry.

    Modular Construction
    Each course contains multiple modules. Each module is geared to a specific learning outcome and divided into logical sections that make it easy for the busy learner to acquire knowledge in smaller time segments.

    Reinforcement
    To assess retention and maintain interest, short quizzes are placed through-out. These quizzes are constructed so that an incorrect answer will link the learner to the exact page of content that contains the information to answer correctly. This will continue to happen until the question is answered correctly. This is a learning tool and scoring is not recorded.

    Bookmarking
    The learner has the capability to leave the course or testing sections at any time and log back in at the same location on any computer at any location throughout the world.

    Certificate
    Upon completion of the final, if the correct default score has been achieved the learner can print out a "suitable for framing" certificate. (Corporate purchasers may set the default score.) This feature can only be accessed once.

    Supervisory Report
    A full report is available to be sent to a designated person that will cover all scored testing, when course is accessed, and how long each access was maintained until completion.

    Site Customization
    A page frameset with the company's name and logo.

    LMS Customization
    Support to work with your technical team to fully integrate your customized course's reporting system into your LMS (Learning Management System).
