Q. What happens if I have an inactive UserID?

A. Your UserID will expire after a given set of days -typically determined by your supervisor. You will most likely need to contact your supervisor in order to reactive your UserID (give you more time to take the course).

Q. How do I purchase courses for myself or for my company?
